Splitty Test

WARNING

Splitty test is currently in Alpha and is "use at your own risk." While we have taken reasonable efforts to ensure complete functionality of the product in its current state, there may be known and unknown issues that are yet to be resolved.

Splitty Test is a dead-simple tool for testing out new ideas on your website or app. Instead of making things complicated, it just sends back basic JSON data to control what your visitors see, and then logs what they do next. It's built to help you make quick changes that actually make your projects better.

How is Splitty Test different?

A split testing tool shouldn't try to be a code editor. While other platforms force you to build and edit your website inside their clunky apps, Splitty Test keeps things clean.

When a user visits your site, Splitty Test just replies with simple data values that tell your app what to show them. Once the user does something, that event gets logged and sent right to your dashboard. We don’t try to be anything more than a split testing tool. There are no confusing menus to dig through or weird workflows to learn.

Core Features

Auto-Optimized Tests

You can set your tests to run on autopilot. Some people call these "Multi-Armed Bandit" tests. Basically, if one version of your page is winning, Splitty Test will automatically start showing it to more people. This helps you get better results faster, so you can truly "set it and forget it."

Segmented Traffic

You can easily split up your traffic to see how different groups behave—like people visiting on mobile versus desktop, or weekend versus weekday crowds. You can add multiple segments to a test, but it's best not to overdo it so your numbers stay relevant.

Simple, Flexible Data Insights

We keep data tracking simple but powerful. By looking at sessions and events, you get a clear picture of how your test is doing. You'll pick one main goal for every test, but you can also track extra metrics on the side to see how other things are affected.

Plus: Splitty Test can keep tracking data even when you don't have a live test running. This gives you a great baseline view of how your site is doing over time, so you can actually prove how much your app is improving with every test.
