Licensor hereby grants you the right to copy, modify, and run the software program delivered with this License (the "Software"), subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Allowed Use and Rights Granted
Licensor hereby grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to copy, modify, and run the Software for any personal, non-commercial, or commercial purpose, subject to the restrictions set forth in Section 2 below.

For the avoidance of doubt, this License does not grant you the right to redistribute the Software or any modified versions/derivative works thereof (in whole or in part, in source or binary form) to any third party, except for the sole purpose of submitting Contributions to the Licensor as outlined in Section 5.

2. Commercial Service Restriction
You may use and modify the Software to power your own business infrastructure, internal operations, or internal applications for free. However, you are subject to the following explicit exclusion:

• Commercial Service Restriction: You may not use or package the Software to provide, sell, or sublicense a paid service, managed service, or cloud-hosted offering where the primary value or a substantial portion of the service relies on the functionality of the Software (including, but not limited to, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), or Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS)).

If your intended use violates any of the restrictions in this License, you must obtain a separate, written commercial license from the Licensor.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership
Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein. No implied licenses are granted under this License.

4. Notices
You must include a copy of this License and retain all copyright, trademark, and patent notices from the original Software in all copies or derivative works that you distribute.

5. Inbound Contributions and Ownership
By submitting any modification, bug fix, patch, feature request, suggestion, or other contribution to the Software (collectively, "Contributions") to the Licensor or to any public repository maintained by the Licensor, you hereby irrevocably assign, transfer, and convey to Splitty Test all right, title, and interest worldwide in and to such Contributions, including all intellectual property rights therein (such as copyrights and patent rights).

• No Obligation: Splitty Test is under no obligation to accept, review, or incorporate any Contributions into the Software.
• Contributor Warranty: You represent and warrant that you are the sole and rightful owner of the Contributions you submit, or that you have the explicit legal authority from your employer or the copyright owner to submit them under these terms.

6. Term and Termination
This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
